Roast Chicken

I'm on the final countdown - only 2 assignments to go in my cooking class. Today I roasted a chicken. The assignment suggested if I didn't have a roasting pan to use a heavy duty fry pan so I thought I would try it. It worked great! I don't think I would have considered that as an alternative. Good to know that you don't always need to have everything to cook well. Although I still want it all! :)
